When Cresetkit become Cresentstar her first winter as Leader is rough. The cold kills everything in its path and prey almost never shows itself. Hollowclan starts to starve and after the death of Whispkit, Cresentstar comes up with an idea to bring the prey back and her clan a bit closer.
Cresentstar pulls seeds from the living bushes inside her camp that are still living and place them just by the Ivyclan boarder causing the prey to scurry over to grab the seed and as soon as the prey crosses her warriors jump out and catch them. This allows the clan to have just enough prey to slip by the freeing winter and into spring.
